How do I take care of my charms?

The charms are made of mixed metals and require as little or as much maintenance as you choose! Materials of each charm are listed on the product page with care instructions. For most charms, polishing with a jewellers cloth with help return shine and lustre if necessary.
How do I take care of my sheepskin bag?

Your sheepskin bag is a natural product made of real genuine sheepskin sourced locally in Grey County, Ontario and genuine leather. Please spot clean only using a damp cloth, and condition all leather parts once a year or as needed. I recommend using a natural leather conditioner such as a beeswax based product. If you have any concerns, please reach out.
How does shipping work?

I currently ship within Canada and the USA. The system calculates shipping per item based on category. When items are ordered together, they may be charged separately at checkout even if they ship in one package. If the combined shipping cost is lower than what you were charged, I will refund the difference after your order is processed.
For shipping outside of these locations please get in touch and I will calculate a quote for you!
